"Subconscious" in Tokyo, Japan - 2024
Held my very first solo exhibition in Tokyo on 11 and 12 May 2024. I am very happy that it was successful.

Exhibition description:
“Subconscious” is Betty Goh’s long term project about the introspective reflections of her soul and subconscious.
Betty grew up in the heart of Singapore. She loves the adrenaline rush, excitement and vibrance of a busy urban life. However, she also feels that there is an amount of unspoken loneliness, tension and dilemma hidden beneath. These complex and overlapping emotions are often expressed through her subconscious during her daily street walks and hence, the result of her visual poetry.
All her street work is unposed and captured within a single exposure. Photos in this exhibition are shot in Singapore and in Tokyo.
